Testing and certs
Electrical testing, inspection and certification in Dublin
An inspection tells you what condition an installation is actually in. We test the circuits, inspect the board, fittings and earthing, and give you a clear written report: what is fine, what needs attention, and how urgent it is. If your letting agent, solicitor or insurer needs it, we send it to them directly.

Questions
Testing and certs: common questions.
How often should an installation be inspected?
It depends on the property and how it is used. Rented and commercial properties are inspected more often than owner-occupied homes. Tell us about the property and we will advise.
Can you send the report to my letting agent?
Yes. Give us their email address and we send it to them directly, with a copy to you.
What happens if the inspection finds problems?
The report grades each item by urgency. We explain what it means and give you a separate, clear quote for any remedial work. You are free to decide what to do.
Do you need access to every room?
Yes, as far as possible, and the power will be off for part of the visit. We agree a time that suits the occupants.
