House rewires and renovation wiring in Dublin

Questions
Rewires: common questions.
How do I know if my house needs a rewire?
Common signs are an old fuse board, round-pin or two-pin sockets, fabric or rubber cable, no earth on the lighting, and too few sockets. An inspection gives you a definite answer.
Can I live in the house during a rewire?
It is possible with a partial rewire or room-by-room plan, but a full rewire is quicker and tidier in an empty house. We talk it through before you decide.
Do you work with my builder?
Yes. We agree the sequence with your builder so first fix, plastering and second fix happen in the right order.
Will you make good the walls?
We chase and fix our cables neatly. Plastering and decoration are normally done by your builder or decorator, and we agree who does what up front.
