Questions
EV chargers: common questions.
Which chargers do you install?
We fit smart chargers from the main brands, including Zappi, Wallbox, Ohme and Easee. If you have one in mind, tell us and we will confirm it suits your house.
Can you help with the SEAI grant?
Yes. The grant requires a smart charger from the SEAI register, installed by a registered electrician. You apply to SEAI before the work starts, and we give you the certificate, test record and invoice you need to claim afterwards.
What do you need from me to quote?
A photo of where you would like the charger, a photo of your fuse board and meter, and your Eircode. That is normally enough.
Will my fuse board cope?
Often yes. If the board is old or full, we will tell you up front and explain the options.
